Tower 28, Pipeline 28 and Utility 28 responded to Pennbree Terrace for a reported lightning strike.  When units arrived they found several houses without power, an odor of smoke in the callers house, 2 houses with windows broken out, a damaged water main which was flooding the street and a huge tree that was damaged and dropped branches over 100 ft to the ground.  The crew assessed the area and determined that there were no safety hazards that were concerns to the residents.  The units were back in service in approximately 45 minutes.
