NOTICE OF UFA ANNUAL MEETING

Please accept this notice that the annual meeting of the Union Fire Association will be held at the station on Thursday, January 15, 2026 @ 8:00pm.

All members in good standing are welcome to attend. The Board of Directors set a contributing membership donation threshold of $100 for calendar year 2025. If you wish to participate in the meeting but are unsure of your status or eligibility, please contact me.

The membership will consider a proposed constitutional change and hold elections for Director positions (please see attachments). The January monthly meeting of the Board of Directors will be held immediately following the annual meeting. Please make every effort to arrive and get situated before 8:00pm so we can start promptly.

If you wish to join remotely, please use this Zoom link. However, voting is not possible for those attending remotely. If you are unable to attend in person and wish to vote by proxy, please contact me in advance of the meeting.
