2020 NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

In accordance with the provision of Article V, Section 1 of the Constitution, the Annual Meeting of the Union Fire Association of Lower Merion will be held at the Engine House, 149 Montgomery Avenue, Bala Cynwyd at 8:00 P.M., Thursday, January 16, 2020 for the following purposes:

1. To receive the reports of the Officers and the Nominating Committee.
2. To elect two (2) Directors for a term of three (3) years

The Nominating Committee appointed in accordance with Article IV, Section 1 of the Bylaws by the Board of Directors has submitted the following Nominations for the office of Director for three-year terms:

IMPORTANT

If you cannot be present in person and desire to use the attached proxy, please have your proxy witnessed as required by Article III, Section 2 of the Bylaws.  In absence of instructions to the contrary, proxies will be voted in favor of the aforementioned candidates.
