Body Recovery Along River

Station 28 was dispatched to assist the police on the recovery of a body along the Schuylkill River behind the Conelly Container building. Pipeline and Utility 28 responded initially and once on scene determined that additional resources would be required to complete the recovery. Rescue 22 and Rescue 21 were added to the assignment to assist. Station 24 was dispatched to assist with their boats due to the proximity of the crews to the river. Once on scene firefighters and rescuers were lowered along the ravine and completed the recovery.
