Cynwyd Garage Fire

Station 28 was alerted at 1522hrs to a dwelling fire on the 100 block of Summit Lane in Bala Cynwyd. Multiple callers reported smoke coming from an attached garage of a home. Pipeline 28 responded rapidly and on arrival reported a 2 story SFD with smoke showing from the garage. Crews from the engine company deployed a handline to contain the fire in the garage and held it to a single company response.
