Four Alarms on Bala Cynwyd Fire

pStation 28 was alerted today to a reported building fire on the 500 block of East City Avenue. Pipeline 28 arrived on scene with smoke showing with a reported grease fire in the kitchen. Crews quickly located the fast spreading fire in the ventilation ducts and ceiling and went in service with several handlines and tools. Firefighters from multiple companies worked on scene placing the fire under control in just over an hour. No firefighters were injured in the blaze.
