RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE FIRE: 1ST DUE (STONEWAY LANE)

It’s been a very busy week for Union Fire Association. Today at approximately 2:20pm, your local firefighters were dispatched to the 200 block of Stoneway Lane in Merion Station, for a reported residential building fire with fire in the walls.
Engine 28 arrived on location to find a two-story residential building with moderate smoke conditions and fire up the wall.
Deputy Chief 28 established Stoneyway Lane Command and assigned crews from our Mutual Aid Companies to check for extension on division two of the house and the basement. Crews found a moderate smoke conditions on all levels but no extension.
