Fellow Lower Merion Responders Hospitalized after Fire

pFirefighters from Ardmore Gladwyne Bryn Mawr and Penn Wynne responded this evening to a dwelling fire on the 2200 block of Stone Ridge Lane in Villanova. Ardmore Fire Chief Hayden and Narberth Ambulance Assistant Chief Weber were first on scene both courageously entering the burning home to rescue the trapped victims inside. Both men were taken to the hospital due to the injuries they suffered during the rescue. Firefighters from the responding companies fought the fire and quickly brought it under control. ppWe ask our friends and neighbors to join us in keeping these men in our thoughts and prayers during their recovery.p
